Terms of Service
What we agree to do, what we will not do, and the limits on both sides.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999KA2020PTC135946, GSTIN 29AAHCT9485A1ZX), registered office B-BLOCK, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Rd, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, trading as CVPRO. By submitting the enquiry form or accepting a written scope from us, you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
CVPRO CareerOS 360 reads your professional record and rewrites how it is presented. We produce a Profile Signal Audit and, if you engage us, a set of written career deliverables. Every file is prepared from evidence you supply and reviewed by a person.
3. What the service is not
We are a career-documentation and positioning service. We are not a recruiter, a staffing agency, an employment exchange or a placement service. We do not source roles, submit you to employers, negotiate on your behalf, or receive any fee from any employer in connection with you.
We do not promise, guarantee or imply any employment outcome. No interview, no offer, no appointment, no salary change and no timeline is promised by us or may be inferred from anything on this site. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we neither control nor influence.
4. What you agree to
- Everything you tell us about your record is true. We build from what you give us.
- You have the right to share the documents you send. Do not send anything confidential to a current or former employer.
- You will not ask us to write a claim you cannot substantiate. We will refuse.
- You are over 18.
5. What we agree to
- Every claim we write for you is traceable to evidence you supplied.
- A named person reviews your work. Nothing ships unread.
- We will not invent an achievement, a metric, a title, a date or a scope.
- We will tell you when we think something in your record does not support the claim you want made.
- We hold your materials confidentially, on the terms in our Privacy Policy.
6. The free audit
The Profile Signal Audit is provided free and without obligation on either side. It is an assessment of how your record currently reads, not advice on which role to take. We may decline to run an audit, and you may stop at any point. No card is required and no charge arises.
7. Paid engagements, fees and refunds
- Pricing is agreed in writing before any paid work begins. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription.
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless the written scope says otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- If we have not started work, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Once drafting has begun, the fee for completed deliverables is payable. Where we have delivered less than the agreed scope, we refund the balance pro rata.
- Because outcomes are outside our control, no refund is available on the basis of a hiring result. Refunds address delivery, not outcome.
8. Revisions
Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your written scope. Revisions correct, sharpen or re-target what we wrote. Rewriting to a materially different target role is new work and is quoted separately.
9. Intellectual property
Your career information remains yours. On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you become yours to use without restriction. Our methodology, the Profile Signal Index, our templates, our scoring model and this site remain ours.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your engagement and your materials as confidential. We will not name you, quote you, or use your work as an example without your specific written permission. Any case material published on this site is composite and clearly labelled as such.
11. Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or the service. Where a change affects a paid engagement already agreed, the agreed scope stands.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: we are not liable for loss of employment, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Where the service was free, no fee was paid and no liability for loss arises.
13. Termination
Either of us may end an engagement in writing at any time. Section 7 governs what is payable. We may terminate immediately if you ask us to write something false, or if you send material you have no right to share.
14. Grievances
If something goes wrong, tell us first — most things are fixable quickly. Write to grievance@talproindia.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16. Changes to these terms
We will post any change here with a new version number and effective date. A change does not alter the scope or fee of an engagement already agreed in writing.
